Dan’s extremely passionate about sharing his love for health and exercise.
His coaching ethos is to empower you to enjoy and gain more from your own training by giving you the confidence, knowledge and motivation to “build results that Last”.
With over 7 years working in the health and wellness industry from health clubs to commercial gyms Dan has a wealth of expertise and knowledge to help you reach the goals you desire.
From a sporting background and an impressive change journey himself, Dan has first hand experience of changing habits and building new healthier lifestyles allow him to be both empathic and specific.

Q. Best advice on how to keep a healthy body and mind?
Consistency really is key. If it was easy everyone will have done it. Helps your exercise become habitual no matter how long you have.
Q. What is your favourite place to replenish balance and a clear head?
At the gym. Not only am I able to clear my thoughts and step back from day to day business while training or at the gym but I get more energy for the rest of the day once I have had a workout.
Q. What’s your favourite exercise and why?
Cable crunches. Although difficult to nail the technique the benefit you get from the exercise is massive for building core strength and mind muscle connection.

Exercise training allows me to challenge myself and exert my energies in a positive productive way
