After many years experience in health and fitness Joe is as enthusiastic now as day one. His goal is to help you on your journey towards a healthier future. In his spare time he enjoy nothing more than going on adventures with his wife and young daughter as well as riding his bike with friends, or as hard as he can around a racecourse.
During Joe’s time as a Personal Trainer, Teacher and sports enthusiast, he has used his training and knowledge to help people to achieve their goals whilst having fun and enjoying themselves on the way. Q. What’s your best advice on how to keep a healthy body and mind?
Recover! Build recovery days into your weekly routine and every few weeks take an easy one. Giving your body a chance to recover will allow it to rebuild stronger and progress.

In the Sea or In the Mountains.

Renegade Row to Push up. It’s a massively functional movement that kills more than two birds with one stone incorporating Push, Pull and Core Stability.
