A bit about Pippa…
Pippa’s main focus is to discover what the body can do with an emphasis on celebrating physical progress. She aims to empower clients with knowledge and support to feel comfortable and confident at the gym and everyday life.
Pippa has always had a passion for fitness and wellbeing, playing various team sports throughout school and representing her university playing hockey.
She has been on various journeys with fitness herself, and appreciates and emphasises that every client is different – but her goal is to find a sustainable and balanced attitude towards exercise and diet whilst also enjoying the process.
Pippa’s experience from her time working within a major fitness company as a platinum personal trainer is second to none, we are very proud to have her as part of the team at Number 6.
Q. Best advice on how to keep a healthy body and mind?
To listen to your body. To train, rest and eat efficiently, and most importantly to have a laugh.
Q. What is your favourite place to replenish balance and a clear head?
My childhood home of Dartmouth. Fresh sea air, long walks with my family and the dog and home cooked food!
Q. What’s your favourite exercise and why?
The kettlebell swing – a versatile exercise which builds power, work capacity and fitness.
Q. What does exercise and training means to you?
It enables me to take a step back from the world, to challenge myself but also to surround myself with like-minded, determined and supportive people.
